Through words, song, and presence, the Elders will remind us of the strength that lies in our roots, the importance of intergenerational continuity, and the sacred responsibility of walking forward — together.

This ceremony is both a welcome and an invocation — calling in the knowledge of the past, the energy of the present, and the possibilities of what’s to come.
